Registration
The conference gives delegates the opportunity to either register physically attend or attend online. If a delegate registers to attend Perth and changes his/her mind and wishes to attend remotely then a refund, less a nominal fee, will be given. Conversely an online registration can be upgraded to a personal attendance.
Full registrations for Student, ICSA & GSN members, Retired, Unemployed, Invited Speaker and Regular fee includes:
- Attendance to all sessions
- Access to all papers
- Welcome and closing functions
- Morning, afternoon tea and lunches
Day registrations for ICC members, Invited Speaker and Regular fee includes:
- Attendance to all sessions on the day registered
- Access to all papers
- Morning, afternoon and lunches on the day registered

All prices are in AUD dollars and inclusive of GST.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager.
Refund Policy:
- Cancellations before 1 January 2027 will receive a full refund minus A$110 administration fee
- Cancellations after 1 January 2027 will receive a 50% refund minus A$110 administration fee
- No refunds will be provided after 1 February 2027
- All refunds will be reimbursed as soon as possible after the conference
Should you not be able to attend the conference after paying, you may transfer your registration to a substitute delegate or convert you registration to the online cost and request a refund less the administration fee.
